Boca Gastroenterology Group

Boca Gastroenterology Associates is a private Gastroenterology group operating under the Digestive Care corporate umbrella. Their Mission Statement is to improve healthcare for their patients and the communities in which they live and work through high-quality, efficient and accessible gastroenterology care. Boca Gastroenterology Associates were faced with a Nortel system that was reaching end-of-life status and knew they needed to upgrade their phone system with a more modern, feature-rich IP-based telephony solution that would allow their busy staff and physicians to effectively and efficiently  communicate with their clients . After reviewing the competitive landscape of telephony solutions they chose ShoreTel.

Their decision to work with Celtic Communications and ShoreTel was due to the superior and easy to use functionality of the ShoreTel system as well as their ability to perform day-to-day moves, adds and changes themselves without the necessity to contact Celtic Communications. Since the ShoreTel was implemented they have realized all of their requirements and have reported that their staff and physicians are very pleased with Celtic Communications and the ShoreTel IP telephony solution.
