Indian Trail Improvement District

Indian Trail Improvement District is a local Palm Beach County, Florida Government municipality  who operates from two facilities. Their facilities  utilize the ShoreTel solution to support the local Indian Trail community.  Prior to engaging Celtic Communications and implementing a ShoreTel IP Telephony solution Indian Trail was using a hosted VoIP service and telephony solution which suffered from inconsistent, very poor voice quality  and  end user functionality . This resulted in frustrated clients and staff. Upon installing the ShoreTel solution they have been delighted by the performance, ease-of –use, system management  and superior voice quality. Human Resources Director Loren Slaydon , who has been involved in many telephony solution purchases, has stated that the implementation of the ShoreTel solution by Celtic Communications s among the smoothest telephony system purchases and implementations she has presided over.
